You are able to train yourself to become more powerful. You have an uncanny intuition for developing new techniques and refining existing ones.
A library of memories about psionic techniques has been implanted into your mind. You will need to meditate and experience the memories and understand them but all the knowledge you need is at your fingertips.
With enough time you will be able to develop into a psychic god capable of rewriting reality on a whim but the road there will be long and arduous.
