Wisp

Creator: Checepuppu

Name: Eliza Nunyabidnes (She gives a different obvious gag surname every time she’s asked)

Gender: Woman

Age: 16

Appearance: Feminine, Average

Powers

(Ignis Fatuus + Ideal Transit)

She is capable of entering a flickering breaker state, allowing her to page through alternate versions of herself and swap any traits with them, including swapping injured body parts for healthy ones to heal herself, swapping her position with an alternative self, allowing her to teleport anywhere or even swapping in objects she could potentially be holding, allowing her to conjure any object she could reasonably carry or wear, including minor tinkertech. She’s also capable of doing these things for anything/anyone she touches.

Finally, she has the ability to pull one power at a time from an incredibly large database containing basically every power that could reasonably be distributed during a standard cycle. Every power has a “battery” that drains based upon usage (lower strength powers have better battery life). These batteries are smaller than Eidolons but “recharge” automatically over time.

She’s capable of finding any useful alternate self (or power) she desires nigh instantly, with her power automatically sorting her catalogue of alternate selves so that the most useful traits/powers for her desires and situation are always around the top of the list. This prioritization even accounts for information she doesn't have yet, being near precognitive in its accuracy (i.e. her teleport locations are automatically adjusted to ensure she neatly dodges or easily notices hazards, the powers at the top of the list tend to be ideal for solving her problems even based upon information she doesn't yet have etc.).

Background

Eliza was conceived when her mother had a one-night stand with Eidolon. She lived a rather happy life not knowing the identity of her father until one day she triggered during an endbringer attack while on vacation with her mother.

After her trigger, her father introduced himself to her and quickly began to fill her schedule with training, trying to mould her into the perfect superhero by his standards.

But as the training began to build up, her social life began to suffer, and she started feeling stressed out from all the pressure her dad was pushing on her. Her power reacted to this and started “malfunctioning”, pushing stranger/mover type powers and far away teleport locations every time she reached for it during training instead of more useful powers. Her father intensified the training in response, intent on training her to be able to push past these “malfunctions”, until she finally snapped and ran away from home.

Since then, she's been wandering about the multiverse aimlessly, on the lookout for the next interesting thing to distract herself with.

Personality

A contagious wellspring of energy and enthusiasm, Eliza is always on the lookout for fun and new things.

She’s a free spirit and heavily dislikes being ordered around. She wants to do things because she feels like it, not because somebody else is making her.

She seems to have an almost supernatural ability to tell when you're upset, almost always showing up whenever something is bothering you or stressing you out. She's shockingly good at knowing just the thing to help you calm down or de-stress, whether that be taking you on a tour of the greatest sights in the multiverse, suggesting weird new activities (“Have you ever tried zero gravity paintball?”) or simply just showing up with a pint of ice-cream and being there to talk to.

She has a strong sense of empathy. If she sees someone suffering, she'll inevitably be drawn into helping them out. Not to say that she's a total doormat, she's rather good at telling when she's just being taken advantage of and isn't afraid to ditch anybody who tries.

She dislikes actual fighting (“It's just not as fun if everybody else isn't having fun with you”) and tries to avoid it whenever possible, although she can be convinced to spar with you so long as it's kept rather casual.

Despite her attempts to suppress it, she does secretly have a competitive streak and if you beat her at something, you can probably expect her to eventually challenge you again, although she’ll probably try to dress the activity up as something new.

While you could hypothetically convince her to actually address her issues with her father and responsibility, she has her father's stubbornness and the rebellious spirit of a teenager, so good luck with that.
