Cosmetic Shapeshift

Cost: 5 CP
Just once, you can change your appearance to anything you'd like, as long as it's within human limits. You can change your sex and age, along with any internal changes that these entail, but nothing more. You can not increase your muscle mass with this power, though you can redistribute it. (This opens up Sex, Age and Appearance in the Character tab if you do not already have access to it)
