Anyone that you've seen in person is added to a list of contacts, of which you can communicate with mentally. Only you can start a conversation, but once started they can reply back. This communication isn't just limited to words, allowing you to send images, emotions, or even memories. While you can force a telepathic connection, they are allowed to project harmful thoughts or emotions, such as pain. This has multiversal distance.
