You can gain a permanent copy of the power of any Parahuman you touch. This works on the substance in Cauldron Vials and the Garden of Eden too, though adapted for human use. You can only have five of these powers active at a time, but rather than the Fairy Queen's ghosts, you have these powers for yourself. Negentropy increases your active limit by 2.

Elfame
Oberon and Fairy Queen merge gaining each others functions, you can now use any of the powers of any of your shades for yourself and you can now summon shades for any power you possess, replicated, stole, or otherwise acquired. This includes any of your own.
Shades no longer need to look like their sources, and you can freely shape them as you wish, no longer beholden to looking like caricatures or even human-like and may reshape them into something new whenever you wish. You can summon the same ability and/or shade as many times as you want as long you have enough slots.
Your slots are combined, capable of allocating it to summon a shade or any ability for yourself and you can swap it at any time.
