As one of the thirteen that survived the flood, every vampiric ability that you have is now massively buffed so that even a hoard of Methuselahs would not be able to match you. You have enough strength to destroy a planet and enough speed to be around five times faster than the speed of light. You are durable enough that it would take a nuke to the face to even begin to harm you. This lets you start with ten dots in all your clan's disciplines, as well as being able to hold more vitae for a maximum of 60 blood points.
