Electrostatic Harness
A machine strapped to a person's back, it uses stored mystical air essence to lower the weight of the wearer and create lightning that "hooks into the air" to drag the wearer through the sky, allowing for a slow but controlled flight. Useful for construction due to its ability to hold a person perfectly still when needed.
