Quartermaster

Cost: 8 SP

Required: (Trump) Soulmate

Soulmate has upgraded, you can now hand out to 10 (15 with Negentrophy/Shardless) copies of any powers and power related perks you have to anyone. You only need to know either what they look like or their name to do so. You will never give a power to someone you didn’t mean to. You can take back any power you have at any time, and those you give out powers cannot stop you from doing so regardless of other factors. Your own powers and perks trump any you give them unless you would wish otherwise. You choose what power/perks or combination of powers and perks you give out, meaning you can give one person a single power and someone else another, as long as you don’t hand out more copies of than you have. Those you have given powers/perks will retain them up until you have taken them back, meaning they can keep them after your death if you do not recollect them by then. Powers you have handed out cannot be used negatively against you unless you would wish it to.

Basic Set

You can hand out any number of personal and power related perks and drawbacks that you have or have had to those who possess at least one power handed out by Quartermaster. If you take back all powers you have given them, then they lose any perks you have given them as well. Your amount of copies is increased to 15 (30 with Negentrophy/Shardless). You still retain your limit of copies that you can hand out without powers.

Supply Chain

Whenever someone enters your hub, you gain a permanent copy of their ability for yourself and additional copies to hand to others. You can share as many powers/perks as you wish among those in your hub.

General

You may optionally have your power slowly change those you have given out powers to, slowly shifting them into your perfect companions. You may instead optionally allow your power to simply enforce absolute loyalty on those you have affected, or simply not affect them at all if you wish. This can be done on a case by case basis and can be changed at anytime. You have a subconscious awareness of the location of all those within your network, and are able to freely set up and allow telepathic communication between members, and can also summon and teleport members to each other’s location, you included. You can extend these capabilities to anyone you have gifted a power/perk to. If and when you choose to release someone the changes you have made remain, although they are no longer maintained by your power and as such those effected can change their loyalty and behavior as they normally would.

(Note: If you have taken any companions from the companion section or followers of some other kind, you may optionally choose to apply the effects of General upon entry to any of them, granting any combination it could grant that you wish, up to you power’s limit. If you would wish your power to shift them into your perfect companions, you can opt for it to have already been done so.)
