Just by gazing into your enemies eyes you may use this powerful Genjutsu to peer into their minds and take their very skills, knowledge and abilities directly from them. Any skill witch you may theoretically have the capability of performing, such as other unique Mangekyō jutsu can also be learned this way. This also works in reverse, allowing you to teach others your skills and jutsu, such as your Mangekyō powers to others, including this one. This does not grant you or impart on others any supernatural abilities they do not naturally possess, they grant the skill and knowledge, not the actual physiology. Techniques are special as any who posses the Mangekyō can awaken the abilities, the specifics are determined by the user, and as such theoretically any who possess it can use any jutsu given by it, provided they know how.

The Sharingan is an incredible ability, allowing you to perform any jutsu or skill that you could theoretically perform simply by gazing upon it, and through Omoikane simply pluck the skill right out of another's mind. The chakra fruit has furthered this ability to new heights, as chakra can theoretically do anything provided the user knows how, you are no longer locked out of skills or abilities that you could not replicate before. By gazing upon any technique or ability with your Mangekyō or by observing its effects, your eyes can break it down and you can now replicate it using your chakra. For techniques that have no visible effects, such as the Thinker powers of Entities, you will have to utilize Omoikane to peer into the minds of the users of such powers to gain the ability. This can also be used to replicate the abilities of those whose powers can be observed.
