Mangekyō: Amaterasu

Cost: 5 SP

Through the power of the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan you gain the ability to manipulate the Flames of Amaterasu, fire that has the power to burn even that which cannot be burned. Amaterasu Flames can burn fire, water, and even chakra itself, and cannot be put out until it burns itself out. You cannot control this flame on your own, but summon it at a point you look at.

Mangekyō: Shiranui

Cost: 5 SP

You posses a different incarnation of Amaterasu’s power, the white healing flame of Shiranui. This white flame when activated shrouds your entire body in a white flame that instantly and perfectly restores you to perfect health, or you can cast it on another for the same effect.

Mangekyō: Kuraokami

Cost: 5 SP

Through the power of the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan you gain the ability to summon cold foxfire, which absorbs the heat of whatever it burns. This heat is stored within your other eye, and can be unleashed as a lance of flame. While the fire can be blocked, this lance of flame is able to penetrate most barriers once enough heat is stored within

Mangekyō: Kagutsuchi

Cost: 5 SP

You possess the ability to create, shape, control and douse flames at will. You are able to, with no effort, freely shape, control, and douse any kind of flames including supernatural expressions of it such as Amaterasu or Shiranui but are limited to simply creating normal flames with just this ability. You may create fire at any point you look at and if you possess any other ability to create any kind of fire, you can now generate a far greater amount of it.

Mangekyō: Tsukuyomi

Cost: 5 SP

You are granted the ability to cast a perfect genjutsu of your design, capable of trapping anyone within either your field of vision or a large area the size of a small city. You are capable of altering a target's perception of time, capable of crafting whatever world you wish as in this genjutsu whatever you desire, happens with no effort on your part. You can do anything from fitting weeks of incredible pain, to crafting a perfect and complete life for your target that if you wish, they can experience in a mere second. You can choose whether they feel any effects of any kind, good or bad, when leaving the genjutsu. In this genjutsu you are god.

Mangekyō: Kotoamatsukami

Cost: 5 SP

A power that allows you to perfectly, absolutely, and if you choose to, permanently manipulate the minds and thoughts of others completely undetected. And even if the victim of said ability is made aware of the circumstances, it will not dispel as the effects on their mind is as real as if it had been their own. This can be cast as many times as you wish on as many people as you wish, and can even be cast at large groups, ensnaring many targets at once. You may also choose to cast this on an area up to the size of a city instead, creating a permanent command on all those who visit the territory. This jutsu, both in location or on persons, is permanent until you choose to remove it, and can do so selectively so you can keep others affected, or leave the jutsu in place if you choose.

Mangekyō: Kamimusubi

Cost: 5 SP

Through the power of the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, you gain the ability to place an opponent in a genjutsu through eye contact. This genjutsu makes the victim believe you to be their greatest ally who was always a part of their life. You also gain these memories, but you know they're fake. Said victim always sees you in a good light, and even if this genjutsu is dispelled, they keep the fake memories.

Mangekyō: Omoikane

Cost: 5 SP

Just by gazing into your enemies eyes you may use this powerful Genjutsu to peer into their minds and take their very skills, knowledge and abilities directly from them. Any skill witch you may theoretically have the capability of performing, such as other unique Mangekyō jutsu can also be learned this way. This also works in reverse, allowing you to teach others your skills and jutsu, such as your Mangekyō powers to others, including this one. This does not grant you or impart on others any supernatural abilities they do not naturally possess, they grant the skill and knowledge, not the actual physiology. Techniques are special as any who posses the Mangekyō can awaken the abilities, the specifics are determined by the user, and as such theoretically any who possess it can use any jutsu given by it, provided they know how.

Mangekyō: Kamui

Cost: 5 SP

You have been given a personal dimension that you have absolute control over, and the ability to transport things to and from it in a variety of manners. You can create portals to travel to anywhere you’d wish, from across dimensions to even the Pure Lands if you had any inclination to. You are able to use this in a short-range version, allowing you to suck in yourself and then exit at any location you wish, or you can use a long-range that creates a point in space that drags things into it, and if utilized offensively could be used to rip targets apart. You are also able to affect yourself and others or objects you touch, able to force overlapping matter into your personal dimension, in your case causing intangibility. You can also use this offensively by utilizing it either through weapons you empower with the effect, your body, or your other techniques by forcing any matter that overlaps with them into the other dimension, without the innate protection that allows them to stay connected like you would with yourself allowing you to cleave through almost any defense. As a side effect of your power, by traveling into your personal dimension you are able to find where anything or anyone you are searching for is, and can teleport there from your personal dimension.

Mangekyō: Kunitokotachi

Cost: 5 SP

Through the power of the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, you gain the ability to turn anything seen with the eye into a genjutsu, or turn a genjutsu real. With skill in manipulating genjutsu, this can be used to achieve limited reality manipulation, although overuse can cause rapid eye pain. If you see an ally about to be hit by a bullet, for example, you can make it so the bullet does no damage by turning it into an illusion. The only thing not affected by this is wounds already inflicted, so you cannot cause or heal wounds via this, but you could use this to avoid Amaterasu flames by swapping yourself being burnt into something else, so long as the flames don't reach where you can't see.

Mangekyō: Ryobu

Cost: 5 SP

Utilizing this ability you become untethered to all things, as free as the wind itself. The first effect this gives is you are now granted the power of flight, capable of freely and effortlessly moving in any direction you please. You are also incapable of being captured or sealed in any manner unless you allow it, and if you do you are capable of freeing yourself at any time. You can travel anywhere, no lock can keep you out, no distance too far as you may simply apparate wherever you wish. You can even sneak into other realms with this ability. Others can not force a fate on you that you do not wish, And most importantly you are given freedom of form, capable of swapping your body form into anything you’d wish, you can even transform your body in a chakra nature that you have control over, such as turning your body into air. This power also frees you from any negative side effects of your abilities allowing you to cast even techniques such as Izanagi and Izanami without fear of losing your eyes.

Mangekyō: Ninigi

Cost: 5 SP

You’ve been imbued with the powers of the great imperial treasures, the sword Kusanagi no Tsurugi, the mirror Yata no Kagami, and the jewel Yasakani no Magatama each of which imbues you with a different power. Each of these effects can be applied to either your body, jutsu, weapons, or others but only one effect can be applied to one thing at a time but all three effects can be applied individually to different things. You can also choose to partially imbue something with an effect allowing the rest of it to be affected by another effect. i.e. you could imbue your body with Yata no Kagami except your arm which you could choose to imbue with Kusanagi no Tsurugi for example.

The Kusanagi no Tsurugi, grants anything you imbue the ability to kill anything with a single strike, from the smallest cut to the fatalist strike, from something as simple as a leaf to a bullet to a jutsu. Provided it hits what you intended it will kill.

The Yata no Kagami, grants anything you imbue the ability to be completely impervious to damage from something as blinding light to disease or aging. Nothing can harm what is protected by the mirror.

The Yasakani no Magatama, grants anything you imbue the ability to immediately and guarantee to travel and if you choose it, to hit it regardless of any defenses in its way. Although this does nothing for the durability of the thing your hitting, it merely ensures it will hit.
