You are a Sword Singer, able to harden your soul and wield it as a spirit blade to incredible effect. Starting out you will be capable of little more than rending your way through a small bandit clan. But as you grow in skill and power you will be capable of ever more extraordinary and exotic effects. Eventually, you will boast a host of esoteric sword abilities, including the power to divide the indivisible.
A Teacher is Always Learning
You are able to teach your students how to manifest a Shehai with ease, although only your True Students will be able to go as far as you are able to. Each student that learns the way of the Sword Spirit gives you an extra golden page when you receive their true gratitude. Each golden page used on advancing your soul has two times the effect. You are able to shade your Shehai with anything stored or sealed within the Library, adding a unique power depending on the source of the tinge. The more a student learns from you the more you are able to receive from shading your Shehai. You are able to give True Students your Shehai temporarily, allowing them to experience a skill of yours directly, or even as a life-saving move later on.
Soul Manifested
Your Shehai has transcended its limitations as a Spirit Sword and can now be used as an expression of your Reality Marble with all the conveniences of a Shehai, no longer will the world try to remove your Reality Marble for as long as it is fueled through your Shehai. This allows your Shehai to remain in the world even after it leaves your hand, existing as a true piece of your inner world made manifest. Your Reality-Infused Shehai will have its own unique abilities reflective of your Reality Marble. Just as you can shape how your Reality Marble is expressed, your Shehai is no longer constricted to a single shape, becoming more than a sword. If a spear, mace, or club is required then it shall be. With enough experience even a Bow would be possible. Your Shehai deals more than just physical damage, it attacks conceptually, dealing damage to spiritual and divine beings as well.
Eternity Weaponized
Your soul is strengthened to the point that it can handle Eternity, and it shows. Your Shehai is indestructible, requiring no effort to manifest, eventually you will be able to permanently manifest your Shehai. You have an affinity for Eternity and can develop abilities related to it with ease. Even starting off you leave behind a slice of Eternity in each strike, meaning your Shehai's attacks cannot be healed with ease, to cut with your Shehai is to tell the world this is how it will be for the rest of time. Your swordsmanship is self-correcting and ever growing, reducing the amount of energy required for every swing with more use. You will never lose your Shehai as a result of pushing too far, sinking entire continents at no cost, giving an entire race an inborn heritable trait with no sacrifice.
No Mere Shades
You are able to create a Shehai of a True Student at any time. Not only will you have access to their skills, you are able to use their own style as if it were your own. These Shehai can either be wielded by you or by a shade of your True Student. The only exception to this is if a previous True Student of yours has decided to take home inside of their mark upon their death, then this is no mere shade wielding a Shehai, but the very creator fully actualized. If you use a living True Student’s Shehai, they will have the opportunity to receive your own insight into how they wield their Shehai.
Soul Arts
Your soul is mutable, enough to remain stable from a reasonable distance outside of your normal Reality Marble, this allows you to perform ranged attacks that you would otherwise be unable to do with only you Shehai and Reality Marble. This new branch of Soul is not about simple cause and effect, but an effort to convince the world. You instinctually develop your skill with your Shehai and Reality Marble into suitable Soul Arts These Arts may not be a one to one translation of the original skill, requiring a different kind of nuance to remain true to the skills intention. Your Arts are reliant on how concrete your willpower and skills are, an idea with no belief behind it means nothing in the face of Reality. These Arts can be cast at full strength from any point within your Reality Marble and even a little bit outside of it, initially there is a drop off after this point, similar to how you are able to hear a song in the distance but not be able to distinguish what it is.
