Solar Exalted (Exalted)

Cost: 35 SP

You are given a Solar Exaltation without the Great Curse & without age limits. You have the abilities of Solar during starting character creation.

As an Exalted, you have "Charms," supernatural abilities which make you unbelievably and magically exceptional at things that you do, such as being able to leap several miles or being able to write a speech so impressive you're appointed leader of a country without even running for office. Charms also give you conceptual attacks and defenses comparable to Heroic Spirits from Fate, with Perfect Parries being able to do things like Block Sting, and Unblockable Attacks being able to hit Contessa actively dodging you. Charms cost Essence, a resource you have a finite amount of per day, and must regenerate over time (usually while resting) or by doing something at least mildly impressive (called "Stunting" or "Stunts"). Using Essence from your Peripheral pool (ambient energy) rather than your Personal pool (internal energy) gives you an "Anima Flare" a bright anime power-up energy field that makes it obvious you're doing something supernatural, with the degree of the anima flare corresponding to the peripheral Essence spent.

As a Solar Exalted your abilities are focused on being "excellent," with your Charms focusing on taking abilities you (or humans in general) already have and dialing them up to 11, like being such a strong Martial Artist you can kill Endbringers, or having such a commanding and Charismatic presence you can convince supervillains to turn themselves in.

Sol Invictus

Your nature as a sun means that you are uniquely suited for a solar exaltation. You start at essence level 5 instead of essence level 1. You also regenerate your essence at near instantaneous speeds, as your generation of mystical energies is immense and unstoppable.

Hallowed Bond of Night and Flame

When a Solar has a deep physical and spiritual bond with a Lunar, they are said to be bond-mates. A hidden charm would usually allow these exceptionally rare bond-mates to physically merge into a single being, represented by both the Solar's anima and the Lunar's spirit-animal, however as an embodiment of both, the charm's full power is perpetually within you.

However, as a kind of artificial version of the Hallowed Bond of Night and Flame, you can seamlessly split into your constituent bond-mates. Your Solar anima and lunar spirit-animal split into separate bodies. However, this is not the end. Should you have access to other Exaltations in addition to these, you can split these from you as well. Your constituent exaltations can be split to the level of a single, or distributed to these separate bodies, as long as the exaltations themselves are not split. Should these component exalts die, they will return to your nearest component.
